Positive Edge Coaching is the life coaching and well-being consulting practice of Cliff Smyth.

Resilience Workshop
I will offer my innovative Finding Resilience workshop, with my colleague Sarah Kowalski, in San Francisco again in 2010 on June 5th. Go to the workshops page for more details.
Finding Resilience: In times like these it is good to get in touch with how we have dealt with challenges in the past and how to embody that resilience into the future. Using movement, reflection, journaling and discussion this workshop can help you to get in tough with and feel your capacity to deal with challenges and bounce back.
