Discovering Resilience Workshop

Discovering Resilience: In times like these it is good to get in touch with how we have dealt with challenges in the past and how to embody that resilience into the future. Using movement, reflection, journaling and discussion this workshop can help you to get in tough with and feel your capacity to deal with challenges and bounce back.
