Discovering Resilience
Would you like to be in
touch with a sense of your resilience? Your
ability to bounce back? Many people have
observed how principles of the Feldenkrais
Method apply not only to movement, but to
all aspects of life.
In this workshop, we will explore how to
apply Awareness Through Movement
lessons directly to life to build resilience
and practical life skills. We'll also weave in
coaching processes as effective way to
discover and sense the story of resilience
in your own life. This workshop will use
effective mind-body approaches to help
you gain new perspectives and find new
ways to respond. Enhance your embodied
responses to life's challenges.

Sarah Kowalski left the practice of law to pursue her life long interest in the
body and its role in achieving performance, satisfaction and health. She
combines her training as certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West,
a Feldenkrais Practitioner, and Qigong practitioner to help her clients develop potent action.
